Adventure Activities On The Upper Limit |

|
General. |
||
| The 7th trip lead by Upper Limits instructors to the Pyrenees will take place in July 08. See the photos from the last trip. | |||
|
Activities. |
|||
|
|
Trekking - Two specially designed Mountain routes that can be tailored to your group’s ability await you. Each route has outstanding scenery, wildlife and beautiful flora and fauna – don’t forget your camera! |
||
|
Kayaking - Your day is spent with an introduction to your kayak, instruction on the basic strokes and the skills you will require. Some fun and games to get you wet and into the spirit, followed by a paddle down river from Argeles-Gazost to Lourdes. |
|
||
|
Climbing - Day one will be spent learning the basics of harness fitting, rope work and belaying skills followed by your introduction to rock climbing. On day two you can progress onto more complicated routes with longer and more technical climbs with the chance to lead climb and abseil |
||
|
Biking - The route will be planned to meet your groups ability. Long or short it is possible to roam on some of the routes taken by the world’s top cyclists during the Tour de France; However, you will not need to race. |

|
Optional Fitness. |
|||
| During the next visit our members will have the opportunity to take part in 6 optional fitness classes at no extra charge. A chance to train alongside our instructors!! | |||
|
Flights. |
|||
| Your flight will depart from Stanstead where you will be met by an Upper Limits representative, who will accompany you to Pau and onto your final destination in the Pyrenees (transfer 1hr approx). Your detailed flight itinerary will be given closer to your departure date. | |||
|
Accommodation. |
|||
| Your accommodation will be either tented or mountain huts (depending on activity) to give you the full mountain experience. The campsite and village has superb facilities and recreational areas – we’ll bring the volleyball. It is possible to upgrade to Gites or Hotel accommodation at extra cost. |
|
||
|
Clothing & Equipment. |
|||
| A detailed packing list of all equipment you will require for this trip will be given to all participants on receipt of your booking form. All specialist equipment will be provided for you | |||
|
Insurance. |
|||
| All groups will be covered by your our Upper Limits policy providing all personnel have completed a Health Questionnaire & Liability Waiver. You are advised to take out personal accident insurance if you have not already done so. | |||
|
Cost. |
|||
|
The cost of the trip starts from £825pp; this will include your return flights and transfer to and from the Pyrenees, accommodation (including huts), breakfast and packed meal for lunch, activities, instruction and any specialist equipment you require. |

How To Book. |

| To book your place on this trip simply complete a booking form and return it along with your non refundable deposit of £265 to the Upper Limits office. Or simply complete the Online Booking Form. | |||
