Police Force Entry Tests
In order to gain entry into the Police Force, you are required to pass a fitness assessment. The Police entrance test requires you to complete the following 7 tests: 
  • MSFT (Home Office Approved, Different cadence to the above MSFT)
  • Upper Body Endurance - Press Ups
  • Abdominal Endurance - Sit Ups (ACT)
  • Back & Leg Strength test -Using Dynamometer
  • Grip Test - Using Dynamometer
  • Flexibility (Sit & Reach)
  • Skin Fold / BMI (Caliper Test)
Army Fitness Assessment (BPFA)
An assessment  used by the British Army to test both male and female soldiers up to 50 years old. The test involves:
  • 2 Minutes of Press ups
  • 2 Minutes of sit ups
  • 2.4km Run (after completing 800m walk/run warm up)
The above test is held monthly at you fitness venue.
