Exercise Great Escape 1/08

War was declared after a high ranking officer of the 44th Det. was captured and detained. However, before he was captured, he managed to hide a green bag which held secret documents. Sympathisers, not wishing to be known, have laid down clues which form a telephone number to an Agent who knows the whereabouts of this infamous bag. Infiltration teams of four are to deploy to track down these clues and secure the green bag. Against them is an aggressive and dedicated team of enemy, who have also heard about the bag containing the documents and will go to all extremes to eliminate the 44th Det. to prevent them from finding the bag and completing their mission.

The two warring factions are the 44th Det. led by Col J. Colgan. It is his task to assist 6 Troops, these are Pathfinder, Mountain, Air, Legionnaire, Trailblazer and Tornado. Within each Troop there is a Captain who oversees the whole operation,  communications operator, a code breaker as all clues are encoded and field craft specialist who is responsible for maintaining the emergency shelter. The 1st Hunter squadron is Commanded by Sqn Ldr C. Wells of Dagger Troop, he and 3 other Special Assault Team members assist four General Assault Units (these are: Thunder, the command unit. Specialist, which is a surveillance and the lead scout unit, Tiger which is the quick Reaction Force and finally shadow, which is the insertion team of shock troops) to track down the 44th Det.
