| At present Upper Limits are able to provide Fitness Sessions all year round in all weather at various venues in Avon and Wiltshire, with plans to provide sessions in other venues by the end of 2010. | ||

| Whether you are training to join one of the services, want to maintain or improve your fitness level or simply lose the odd pound or two, our style of training is a proven way to achieve your goals. | ||
| Using their motivational skills, your instructors will encourage you to give that little bit more than you thought possible. | ||
| Each session is designed to last for one hour and consists of a thorough warm up; a series of static circuit training exercise and running followed by a cool down and stretch. | ||
| You do not need to be super fit, so don’t worry if you are a beginner or are about to return to fitness training as we cater for all ability levels. | ||
| An age and gender fair fitness assessment has been designed to enable you to monitor your improvement or compete equally against others within your team or group. | ||
|
Course prices will appear here shortly. The cost of each personal training session is £25 or alternatively 5 sessions can be booked for £100 (paid at time of booking) and corporate fitness sessions are available for groups of 6 or more - POA |
